Delivery time for physical products:

• Italy 2-3 days
• Europe 3-5 days
• Rest of the World 5-8 days

Our forwarding partner MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.) uses express delivery with primary carriers like FEDEX or DHL. Once the parcel has left you will receive by mail the Tracking Number so you can monitor where your device is. Possible local import duties in destination country are not included.

For intangible products such as music files or software the delivery is immediate. The files for download will be accessible immediately after payment directly on this site and on the email notification of the order in your mailbox.

We are proud of the quality of our devices and we hope that you will be happy and satisfied. Anyhow you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty within 14 days from the date of receiving the products and being reimbursed for the full amount.
