Source of data

We handle the personal information of individuals given to us during the compilation of the form on our website, possibly integrating them with other data we already have due to previous communications, and in any case, guaranteeing coherence of data handling.

Purpose of data handling

The personal data of individuals is handled to process their requests for information, participation in courses, seminars and visits at the premises of the organizations, associations and companies that offer projects, initiatives, products, services and activities through this website. The personal data of individuals, including e-mail contact, will be integrated into our archives and (given Art. 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, also given the general provision of the Guarantor G.U. 1 July 2008 No. 188/C, formulation 6, points a, b, c) used for sending communications of various kinds, including e-mail, concerning general or specific areas of interest for which requests have been made.
Regarding submissions by e-mail, the spontaneous communication of an individual email address constitutes the manifestation of consent to receive communications.

Method of handling

The handling listed above may be carried out on paper, or with automated instruments and means, located in Italy or abroad, at the premises of the Data Handling Proprietor or at the premises of other persons authorized to handle the data by the Data Handling Proprietor.

Exclusion of processing sensitive data

None of the personal data we hold is defined as “sensitive data” or “judicial data” as referred to in letters d) and e) in Article 4 of the above-mentioned Decree. If data of this kind were to be transmitted, we would delete it immediately, in the absence of an explicit written consent to handling.

The conferment of data is optional; nonetheless, any total or partial refusal to conferment could impede the fulfillment of your requests.

Communication and dissemination of data

The personal data of individuals will not be disclosed, that is, it will not be given to unidentified subjects in any possible form, including making it available or for simple consultation. However, the data may be communicated to the staff of Devodama S.r.l., and other internal collaborators, to the organizations, associations and companies presented in the website, as well as our consultants. Persons other than the recipients, in accordance with Art. 616 c.p., are not authorized to read, copy, modify, or send the message to others. Those who receive our communication by error, do not use it and do not bring it to anyone’s attention, but eliminate it from their inbox and alert the sender.
The authenticity of the sender and the contents are not guaranteed, except for digitally signed documents.
Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you that our archives include email addresses related to individuals, companies, associations and organizations with whom there have been earlier communications by e-mail, or with other means of communication, or who have voluntarily provided their email address on the occasion of direct contact. Art. 7 – Rights of access to personal data and other rights

  1. Interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data, even if it is not yet recorded, and to receive their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. Interested parties have the right to obtain indications about:
    1. the origin of personal data;
    2. the purposes and modalities of data handling;
    3. the logic applied in case of data handling with the assistance of electronic instruments;
    4. the identity of the proprietor, managers and the representative appointed under Article 5 paragraph 2;
